Large Loading Door

HEATSOURCE 1 has a 24" x 24" loading door so it can accept very large pieces of unsplit wood to give you the longest, most efficient burn.  HEATSOURCE 1 circulates water through the 2" thick inner door.  This prevents the door from overheating, preventing it from warping or cracking.  This also maximizes the amount of water available in the system and greatly increases the surface heating area.
 
 
 

Cam Latch Water Cooled Inner Door

HEATSOURCE 1's exclusive cam latch on the water cooled door always allows for a secure seal to create the greatest efficiency of the outdoor wood furnace.  This door has a fiberglass rope seal to give you years of trouble free service.  We have also installed a secondary safety latch in the event of the operator opening the door too fast, it allows air to enter the fire box to help prevent a flash back situation.  As with any wood stove, it is very important to open the door very slowly to allow the fire time to breathe.
