 Quality Construction Features

ALL STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION The entire water jacket, door, chimney, etc. is made of heavy 10 gauge 409 stainless steel specifically designed to withstand the expansion and contraction seen in a boiler type furnace. INSULATION 10" fiberglass insulation on side walls, 20" on the top, for the maximum insulation effectiveness. Outer doors are insulated to prevent heat loss and eliminate the danger of burns.

ALL EXTERIOR SURFACES Baked on Powder Coat Paint

DOORS                                                                                                     HEATSOURCE 1 is built with a double door design, with the exterior door being insulated an lockable, and all controls and blowers behind the lockable door. HEATSOURCE 1 has a two inch thick 24" x 24" water jacketed inner door to prevent warpage, protect the door seal and keep the door area cleaner. HEATSOURCE 1 has an exclusive CAMLOCK Door System and secondary latch for safety, which makes this clearly the best latching door on the market, that always seals tightly against our door seal.

FORCED AIR DRAFT          Using forced air draft causes a very hot burn for a short time. Using this method, the wood is not burned until heat is needed to maintain water temperature, thus saving on wood consumption. Forced air draft allows you to burn green, wet or dry wood, however, you will get the most heat from seasoned wood. This also burns the wood to a fine powder making it very easy to auger the ashes out the back of the furnace.

CONTROLS   All furnace controls and blowers are inside the insulated, lockable front door to protect them from weather and tampering. HEATSOURCE 1 uses a reliable 2 stage electronic thermostat which is preprogrammed (yet easily changed for your own needs) and is self diagnostic if you ever have a problem with it.

WATER EXPANSION TOWER  HEATSOURCE 1 uses an expansion tower that surrounds the exhaust stack. With this design, we are able to extract the greatest amount of heat off the exhaust. A simple Float System monitors the water level.

CONVENIENCE                                                                                                                               HEATSOURCE 1 allows you to heat more than one building with one furnace. You can also heat all your domestic hot water for in home use, hot tub, swimming pool, clothes dryer, etc. HEATSOURCE 1uses a stainless steel bottom in their furnace allowing the customer the flexibility to locate their furnace on a concrete slab or using square concrete pads available at Banas Lumber and Hardware. HEATSOURCE 1 has an easy auger system for cleaning ash from the furnace. HEATSOURCE 1 has a large loading door so it can accept very large pieces of unsplit wood for the most efficient burn. Under normal operating conditions, you can expect a 24-72 hour burn cycle. HEATSOURCE 1 can easily be moved with the forklift slots or a top mounted eyebolt.

SAFETY All fire, smoke, bugs, etc. stay outside your home. The only thing entering your house is hot water. HEATSOURCE 1 operates at a very low pressure, however, there is a pressure relief system in case of a pressure build up. The electronic control has a secondary stage which, if the HEATSOURCE 1 malfunctions, shuts off the blower in the furnace and turns on the heat distribution system in your building to dissipate the heat.
